How Much Can You Buy in Maryland?
Maryland adult-use cannabis laws allow adults 21+ to legally purchase limited amounts of cannabis from licensed dispensaries.
In a single day an adult-use customer may buy up to 1.5 ounces of flower, 12 grams of concentrate, or edibles, capsules and tinctures containing no more than 750mg of THC.
