Same name, four growers
A strain name is a genetic lineage, not a recipe. Permanent Marker grown by SunMed and Permanent Marker grown by Fade Co. come from the same cross but different rooms, feeds and cure schedules. They will not smell or smoke identically, and the lab numbers will differ.
If you liked one grower’s version, note whose it was. “Permanent Marker” on its own is not enough to find it again.
Flower against extract
The flower above reads 27.8% and the 2g disposable reads 86.8%. Those are not comparable figures. Flower is whole plant material; a cart is extracted oil with most of the plant removed. Judge flower against flower and carts against carts.
