What infused means

A plain pre-roll is ground flower in a cone, usually 18 to 28 percent. An infused pre-roll has concentrate worked into it: diamonds mixed through the flower, hash rolled into the outside, or oil in a core running down the middle. That pushes it to 31 to 45 percent.

The label usually says which. Diamonds are close to pure THC crystal and mostly add strength. Hash and rosin infusions add strength and flavour together, and cost more.

They burn differently

Concentrate does not burn at the same rate as flower, so an infused pre-roll runs unevenly and often goes out. That is normal. Light it again rather than drawing harder on it. A slow, gentle draw keeps the burn even and wastes less.

Half of one is a normal serving for most people, and the multipacks are five smaller joints rather than one large one for that reason.
